McDonald’s and Uber have teamed up with Hollywood actor and avid golfer Chris McDonald to celebrate the iconic restaurant’s comeback on Uber One.

“I’ve been hired to tell people that Uber One members get exclusive deals and savings on McDonald’s,” the actor is heard saying in the 90-second spot, titled “Macca’s® Joins Uber One”.

Macca’s® is the affectionate nickname for McDonald’s in Australia and New Zealand. The term is so popular that McDonald’s even uses it in official branding and advertising in these regions.

In celebration of the new campaign, nine exclusive golden deals will be available on Uber One, each offering a complimentary menu item on Macca’s orders over $25 through Uber Eats:
