RE/MAX celebrates its agents, recognized as the #1 most trusted in real estate, with a new campaign that emphasizes the idea that trust goes beyond words – it’s earned through action.
The 30-second spot opens with a RE/MAX agent starting their day bright and early at 5:30 AM, preparing for a day dedicated to helping clients buy and sell homes. The ad features a montage of heartfelt moments with new homeowners, accompanied by on-screen messages that highlight how trust is built: through hard work, confidence, connection, empathy, patience, and a sense of community. “Trust is built in every moment,” another line reads.
The commercial also highlights that RE/MAX agents have been voted the most trusted real estate agents by American shoppers, according to the BrandSpark American Trust Study, for the years 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
In another ad titled “Handshake,” a close-up of a handshake underscores the message that while any real estate company can talk about trust, not everyone can prove it. “Any real estate company cam make a commercial that shows trust. Not everyone can back it up” onscreen lines read in the 15-second commercial.
In a third ad, “Trophy,” the company acknowledges this recognition with a simple but powerful message: there’s no trophy for being the most trusted, but they are okay with that. “We prefer winning trust to winning hardware” reads the on-screen text in the 15-second clip.
