Experian has unveiled a new commercial positioning itself as your “Big Financial Friend”, offering innovative financial tools designed to support you when it matters most.

The 30-second spot follows a woman whose car breaks down unexpectedly. With the help of Experian, she secures the funds needed for repairs. As the story unfolds, a towering man, symbolizing Experian, steps in to help her. “When you need a lift, you could use a Big Financial Friend,” the voiceover says in the opening of the commercial. The narrator goes on to explain, “Your BFF, Experian, is strong enough to help you push past financial obstacles so even when you have a big expense, you have new solutions that can make a big difference”.

The commercial ends with the woman cruising along in her convertible, her “BFF” riding in the backseat. The voiceover concludes that “you do have that big financial friend wherever your journey takes you”.
