Uber Eats continues its ad campaign aimed at raising awareness about the fact that the delivery service now delivers groceries and convenience products, with a series of new spots.
One of them, dubbed “The Creative One”, features a curly-haired man surrounded by a variety of items delivered through Uber Eats. “Now that Uber Eats delivers groceries, what do we call them?” the voiceover asks, prompting him to come up with some ideas, such as “Uber Super Soft Sheets”, “Uber Doggy Treats”, “Uber Veggies for Athletes”, “Uber Bleats”, “Uber Heats”, “Uber Rinse and Repeats”, and “Uber Pineapeeps”.
The commercial concludes with the voiceover declaring “We are still called Uber Eats but now we deliver anything”. The man’s last idea, “Uber Spritz”, brings laughter around the room.
Uber Eats had a star-studded commercial airing during this year’s Super Bowl. The spot features Jennifer Aniston as herself, meeting her former “Friends” co-star David Schwimmer, whom she forgot because she had to forget something in order to remember that Uber Eats also delivers groceries and convenience products. Usher, Jelly Roll, as well as David and Victoria Beckham also star.
