During the often-chaotic pre-Christmas period, Coop highlights the power of small, thoughtful gestures in their heartwarming campaign. The story centers on Lulu, a devoted Coop employee, who spreads cheer by distributing heartfelt messages to customers. While her kindness touches many, it initially clashes with Mr. Marti, an older gentleman who dismisses the gesture with cynicism.

Undeterred, Lulu crafts a message that resonates deeply with Mr. Marti, prompting him to reflect and take action. Inspired, he pens his own message, sparking an unexpected connection with Emma, another customer. Their exchange, centered on recipes and cherished memories, fosters a bond that leads them to celebrate Christmas together, transforming an ordinary moment into something extraordinary.

The song playing in the commercial is “Note by Note” by Vanessa Finzer, and was created for Coop’s 2023 holiday campaign.
