Wendy’s promotes its new Pumpkin Spice Frosty, a pumpkin spice-flavored Frosty added to the menu for a limited time beginning September 12, in a series of new commercials.
One of them, part of the chain’s “All Chill, No Kill” campaign, features the Headless Horseman, feeding his head with a spoonful of the Pumpkin Spice Frosty using the Airplane technique.
“All Chill, No Kill” an onscreen line reads at the end of the commercial.
Another spot in the campaign features a ghost that says she used to steal the souls of innocent children but then she stole one of their Pumpkin Spice Frosties and realized there’s mre to the afterlife than haunting, like pursuing death metal.
The restaurant chain’s new Pumpkin Spice Frosty combines the familiar creamy and delightful texture of Frosty with subtle hints of pumpkin and a blend of comforting spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, offering a taste of traditional autumn flavors in every mouthful.
This is the sixth-ever flavor in the Frosty lineup, joining the exclusive list of limited-time editions that include peppermint, strawberry, and birthday cake. Typically, Wendy’s offers only chocolate and vanilla varieties of this milkshake-like treat, but the Vanilla version is not available this fall.
Additionally, for a limited time this year, Wendy’s is introducing a pumpkin spice-flavored cold brew coffee beverage, made with the same delightful syrup used in the pumpkin spice Frosty.
