Volkswagen promotes the new Volkswagen ID.5 in a new commercial, highlighting that it’s made net carbon neutral.

The 20-second spot features a father talking to his preteenage daughter about the family’s new VW ID.5. He asks her what she thinks about it, mentioning that it has a panoramic glass roof, nice, large seats, and symmetric, and it’s made net carbon neutral. The girl, though, is busy texting a friend and doesn’t bother to say a word. However, when she hears about the carbon neutral thing, she stops for a second and looks in her dad’s direction. “Good talking,” he says at the end of his speech.

“The new Volkswagen ID.5. One day they’ll thank you,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial.

The ID.5 also features green-tinted heat-insulating windows, electronic parking brake with Auto hold, automatic dimming interior rear-view mirror, 30-colour Ambient Lighting, front seats with manual height adjustment, heated front seats, power-adjustable front seats with memory function and electrically adjustable lumbar support, front seats with massage feature, asymmetric split folding rear bench seat and backrest, rear center armrest, and more.
