Rocket Mortgage highlights, in one of its latest commercials, that buying with Rocket Homes and financing with Rocket Mortgage could save you up to $10,000.

The spot features a Rocket Mortgage spokeswoman who introduces Marie, a woman ready to buy her first home. However, the latter states that a down payment and closing costs are big checks, which makes the Rocket representative saying she got big news for her: “When you buy with Rocket Homes and finance with Rocket Mortgage, you get $10,000 cash toward closing from Rocket Mortgage”. Marie’s dog can’t help from barking and expressing its point of view, translated as “Great deal!”. The Rocket Mortgage spokeswoman agrees and points out that it’s one you can get only with Rocket. “Isn’t that a good deal? That’s a good deal, right?” she asks the cute dog.

In an older commercial, the online mortgage lender promoted its services, highlighting that the company will cover 1% of your rate for the first year.

Over the years, the mortgage lending company has teamed up with several celebrities to promote its Rocket Mortgage app, which helps customers, with on-demand assistance from licensed mortgage advisers available with just a tap, to go through the loan process at their own pace. Among them are actor/comedian Keegan-Michael Key, actor Ryan Kitley, pro golfer Rickie Fowler, ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit, NFL legend Barry Sanders, and comedian Tracy Morgan.
