Old Spice promotes its Swagger Dry Spray and Body Wash in a new commercial, which ties in with the release in theaters of the “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” movie.

The spot opens with Justice Smith’s character, Simon, saying “Behold the powers of all the dungeons and all the dragons” as he opens a box containing Olden Spice, which he calls “the sacred source of eternal swagger.” Shocked to see the content, Michelle Rodriguez’s character, Holga, asks him if this was their quest. “We braved the undead, vanquished a displacer beast, and slayed a dragon for this?” she asks, shocked to see the content. Her fellow answers that this is powerful magic that will help them on their quest, which makes Holga point out that they need more magic than that. She then tells Simon that he is a sweaty mess and the latter explains that, “just because you work in a dungeon, doesn’t mean you have to smell like one.”

However, as soon as he begins to sniff the Olden Spice container, a sort of octopus leg comes out of it, terrifying him. Holga can’t help but wish him good luck with that.

Directed by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” also stars Chris Pine, Regé-Jean Page, Sophia Lillis, Hugh Grant, Chloe Coleman, and more, and will be released in theaters later this month, on March 31.

Old Spice has teamed up with numerous celebrities for its ad campaigns. Besides the brand’s famous spokesman, Isaiah Mustafa, there also are Terry Crews, Nia Long, Deon Cole and Gabrielle Dennis, who play a couple, Dolph Lundgren, and more.
