Kia highlights that any trip can become a larger-than-life adventure with the ruggedly capable Telluride X-Pro, equipped with all-terrain tires and AWD, in its latest commercial.

“Neither snow-capped mountains nor puddles of water, now unexpected detours, with a 20-foot drainage pipe, can stop the ruggedly capable Telluride X-Pro from getting you to your dinner reservation on time,” the voiceover says in the 40-second ad, titled “Ruggedly Capable” and scored by the theme song from “Rocky”, Bill Conti’s “Gonna Fly Now”.

At the end of the video, the tagline “For larger than life adventures” appears, followed by the line “Kia Telluride X-Pro. More ruggedly capable.”

The spot actually includes footage from the automaker’s Super Bowl 2023 commercial, titled “Binky Dad”, featuring a dad who drives back home to get his baby daughter’s favorite binky.
