KFC promotes its $5 Pot Pie in a series of new ads.

One of them features a man ready to enjoy a Pot Pie in his apartment. Now, that he did all his chores, he can indulge himself with this delicious treat, he says. However, as his wife enters the room, it turns out he didn’t actually do all the houselhold chores. Noticing the piles of clothes left around the house, she concludes that he didn’t do the laundry. “Warm and savory, no one gets chores done like me,” he also sings, taking another bite from the pot pie. At this point, his wife can’t help from throwing a piece of clothing at him.

The commercial ends with the Colonel Sanders urging viewers to treat themselves to a $5 Pot Pie.

The fast-food chain’s classic chicken pot pie has tender bites of chicken, diced potatoes, peas and carrots covered in a savory sauce, all baked in a flaky, golden crust.
