Jack in the Box celebrates the spooky season with a new limited-time-only pair of tacos, called Angry Monster Taco.
The fast-food chain, known for its popular fried tacos, has released a commercial featuring its mascot to advertise the Angry Monster Taco, deep fried and filled with beef, shredded lettuce, a slice of American cheese, and taco sauce, all in a spicy, bright red shell.
Jack is shown strolling along the streets, in the nighttime cityscape, clutching an Angry Monster Taco. He announces that Monster Taco is back at Jack in the Box, just in time for Halloween, along with his new and spicy Angry Monster Tacos. While he addresses the camera, an eerie truck slowly approaches from behind, emitting spine-chilling noises. “Yeah, that’s not creepy at all,” Jack quips sarcastically.
Monster Tacos, Angry Monster Tacos and other limited-time offers are available on Jack in the Box menus at restaurants nationwide, on the Jack app and website, beginning September 25 until November 19. The Monster Taco and its spicy addition come in a pair when ordered and cost $3.
Consumers can join the Jack Pack for early access to these two iconic items on September 20.
