Cadbury has introduced the return of its cherished Secret Santa postal delivery service, spotlighting the initiative in a fresh advertisement.
Opening the 30-second spot, Cadbury’s delivery representative Jeff poses a tantalizing question: “What if you could send a free chocolate bar, in secret, to someone special?” He suggests considering “that friend who always brings a smile to your face or anyone in need
of a little pick-me-up.” Jeff then discloses that, through Cadbury’s Secret Santa postal service, individuals can clandestinely send a free chocolate treat, emphasizing the convenience of doing so “from a poster” and encourages viewers to be on the lookout for posters in their vicinity.
The service, enabling participants to pleasantly surprise their loved ones with a complimentary Cadbury delight, is active from November 6 to December 24. To participate, individuals need to locate one of the Cadbury Secret Santa Service digital or static posters distributed across the UK, scan the QR code, and be directed to an interactive website where Jeff, Cadbury’s resident postie, provides guidance through the process.
Once on the website, visitors can choose from a range of flavors, including classic Cadbury Dairy Milk, Winter Wonderland, Oreo, Caramel, Wholenut, Fruit & Nut, Mini Snowballs, and Vegan Plant bar. The Cadbury gift will be delivered anonymously to the chosen recipient through the Secret Santa postal service. However, it’s essential to act swiftly, as there is a limited daily allocation of chocolate bars. These delectable treats will be released daily until Christmas Eve, with a total of 120,000 available to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy a sweet surprise this festive season.
