TurboTax promotes the availability of live online experts that can handle tax issues for customers and help them get the maximum refund in a commercial carrying the tagline “You do your thing. We’ve got your taxes”.

The ad, created by Wieden+Kennedy (W+K), Portland, and directed by Raine Allen-Miller of production house Somesuch, features tax expert Tara who says, while riding a horse through a forest, that, to her, unusual circumstances when filing taxes are interesting, not complicated, as most people would think. She then helps a professional gamer with a ton of expenses and an Alaskan survivalist who lives in a state with no income tax (but whose survival videos are viewed in dozens of other countries).

“An interesting life can mean an even greater refund,” Tara says at the end of the commercial, adding the tagline “You do your thing. We’ve got your taxes”.
