TurboTax advertises its TurboTax Live feature, which allows users to connect and get support in real time from a TurboTax expert, in a new commercial.

The spot features a shredder telling a tax expert named Vik that his fingers do this (referring to his fast and intricate style of rock lead guitar) to make a living and that they are too busy to do taxes. Vik answers that he loves doing taxes for self-employed people and suggests he hands those off to him. “Yeah, but can I hand them off without using my hands?” the musician wants to know. Vik tells him they can arrange that and adds the tagline “You do your thing. We’ve got your taxes”.

Another recent ad from TurboTax features a TurboTax Live Expert riding a horse through the woods and then showing up near a professional gamer and a survivalist to help them out with their taxes. Another tax expert, named Nia, tells a man who trades cryptocurrencies and realizes that one moment he is a millionaire and the next one he’s not, she has experience with crypto and that can help him with his taxes.

TurboTax says that all of its TurboTax Live experts are CPAs, EAs or Tax Attorneys who can even review your return line by line, sign it, and guarantee it’s done right.
