TurboTax has released a new commercial for its TurboTax Live feature, which allows users to connect and get support in real time from a TurboTax expert.

The 30-second ad shows one man who believes he is a millionaire after trading cryptocurrency, but soon after realizes that he’s not. At some point, a tax expert named Nia appears at his office, and – putting a photo frame back on his desk after he took it in his attempt to gather his belongings and quit his job – declares that crypto is complicated and this is why he could hand his taxes off to her because she is a tax expert with crypto experience.

The commercial ends with the tax expert adding the tagline “You do your thing, we’ve got your taxes”.

Another recent ad from TurboTax features a TurboTax Live Expert riding a horse through the woods and then showing up near a professional gamer and a survivalist to help them out with their taxes.

TurboTax says that all of its TurboTax Live experts are CPAs, EAs or Tax Attorneys who can even review your return line by line, sign it, and guarantee it’s done right.
