Online mortgage lender Rocket Mortgage promotes its services in a new ad, highlighting that the company will cover 1% of your rate for the first year.

That’s more cash in your pocket,” the voiceover says in the 30-second ad, which features a diverse cast of families ejoying their new home.

At the end of the commercial, the voiceover adds the tagline “Save when you buy today and refinance tomorrow”.

Over the years, the mortgage lending company has teamed up with several celebrities to promote its Rocket Mortgage app, which helps customers, with on-demand assistance from licensed mortgage advisers available with just a tap, to go through the loan process at their own pace. Among them are actor/comedian Keegan-Michael Key, actor Ryan Kitley, pro golfer Rickie Fowler, ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit, NFL legend Barry Sanders, and comedian Tracy Morgan.
