Papa Johns has released a new ad to inform that the Shaq-a-Roni is back. However, the fan-favorite menu item will be available for a limited time only.
The spot features Shaquille O’Neal clad in a Papa John’s T-shirt, telling his family that the pizza they have on the table, the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza, is the biggest one they make. An onscreen line says this pizza is “big enough to feed a Shaq-sized family.
The Shaq-a-Roni, priced at $13.99, is baked to perfection and cut into eight large, foldable slices, loaded with extra cheese and extra pepperoni.
The chain has also informed that, for each Shaq-a-Roni sold between 10/17/2022 and 12/25/2022, Papa Johns will donate $1 to The Papa John’s Foundation.
As part of the new campaign, between October 24 and October 31, fans can “step” into Shaq’s shoes to visually understand the impact of their Shaq-a-Roni purchase and help Papa Johns make a Shaq-sized impact in local communities for a chance to win cool prizes, such as a Shaq-a-Roni pizza and free pizza for 22 years. Participants must snap a pic in the Shaq-a-Roni Shoeprint graphic at select Papa Johns restaurants nationwide and post it on Twitter using hashtags #ShaqaroniImpact and #Sweepstakes and mention @PapaJohns to enter.
