Nissan ARIYA NCAA March Madness Road 2 Final Four Pirates & Baldwin the Eagle Commercial

Nissan has launched a new campaign, titled “Road 2 Final Four,” to celebrate the new NCCA March Madness season and showcase its six most cutting-edge models. The ads feature mascots of various teams heading to the Final Four in the brand’s cars.

One of the spots sees Pete The Seton Hall Pirate and the Hampton Pirate looking at an old map for directions to get to the Final Four and having some trouble finding the way there. Luckily, Baldwin the Boston College Eagle is there, in the all-new Nissan ARIYA, and uses the Mobile Navigation to get there. Baldwin gets turn-by-turn directions with a NissanConnect Services app powered by Android Auto and saves the day for everyone.

Mobile Navigation, with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as standard, helps you keep on the go with detailed real-time Premium Traffic information, 3D building graphics, and seamless turn-by-turn directions. Drivers can use the NisanConnect Services app to get walking directions to and from their Nissan to ensure that they will always know where they are headed.

Another spot, titled “Fast and Steady,” features a mascot speeding down a road at the wheel of a 2023 Nissan Z, racing against another car. As they arrive at the destination, it turns out it was the “Testudo” the Maryland Terrapin Turtle driving the Z.

Other mascots featured in the ads are “Big Jay” The Kansas Jayhawk, “Ramses” The North Carolina Ram, The Oregon Duck, “Shasta” The Houston Cougar, “Josie” the UCLA Bruin, and “Otto” the Syracuse Orange.
