Glassdoor encourages you to “Find a job that loves you back” in its latest ad, from creative production company Where The Buffalo Roam (WTBR).
“You’re ready for a career change, but how do you know where to go?” the voiceover says in the opening of the 30-second ad, which features a woman using the Glassdoor app to find out information about hiring companies, from the inside. “With Glassdoor, you can see what it’s like inside, from leadership team to work environments to pay,” adds the narrator. Thus, the job seeker learns that a specific company has a management team willing to give themselves a raise and ignore the other teams’ efforts, another company offers its employees a crammed office cubicle, and another company pays peanuts. However, she also finds out that there are companies where employees can actually have a work-life balance and companies where employees can work from home.
The ad concludes with the tagline “Glassdoor. Find a job that loves you back”.
