Kia introduces the fully-electric Kia EV6 in a new commercial.

The spot features a woman driving the Kia EV6 through the city, at night, when suddenly all of the lights turn off because of a power outage. Thanks to the Augmented-Reality Heads-Up Display she manages to continue to drive safely up to the destination, where she shares the car’s electric energy with a group of other people in front of a pizza restaurant. They take the opportunity to turn this gathering into a fun one and make the evening a memorable one. A man who seems to be a DJ starts mixing and those around start dancing and enjoying the atmosphere.

“The future of the automobile is to be more than just an automobile,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial, introducing the fully electric Kia EV6 and saying the tagline “Inspiring every journey”.

The soundtrack music is the 2016 single Daylight by Beauvois. The song, included on the artist’s 2016 album “MArks,” is available for purchase on Amazon for $1.29.
