Expedia has launched a follow up to its “Lemons Lemons Lemons” commercial and it tackles, this time, bubbles.
The ad extends the concept from the previous lemon-themed spot and features all kinds of bubbles taking centre stage in various scenarios – a man playing chess with friends in a bubbly pool, a girl playing with bubblewrap in a hotel room, a woman blowing bubbles in her drink, travelers spending their night in a bubble-shaped accommodation, a couple bathing their toddler in the kitchen sink and taking a break to book a trip through Expedia, and more.
“Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles. As an Expedia member you earn points on your travels and that’s on top of your airline miles. So you can go and see or taste or do absolutely nothing with all those bubbles without ever wondering if you’re getting the most out of your trip because you are,” actor Ewan McGregor says in voiceover throughout the 30-second commercial, which ends with the Expedia tagline, “Made to Travel”.
Another recently launched ad highlights that, with an Expedia membership, you can save up to 30% when you add a hotel to your flight, so you can discover all of the parchita, grenadilla, or even passion fruit out there, for less.
