Dunkin’ has recently unveiled a suite of holiday offerings, including the return of Free Coffee Mondays, and has released a new Christmas ad.

The 30-second commercial shows dozens of people in a town’s square, where a huge Dunkin’ cup, featuring a snowman made of donuts, comes from up above and down to the ground. Among small business owners, shoppers, a group of carol singers, and, a journalist announces that “the cup is back”. When the festive red cup gets up in the air, people are shouting “Please don’t go!”.

As the spot ends, it turns out the cup was actually placed in a miniature version of a town and was lifted by a woman who drinks the beverage. “The holidays start with you” an onscreen line reads at the end of the commercial.

The chain debuted three items for the holidays and by popular demand, bringing back its Peppermint Mocha Signature Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte, Holiday Blend Coffee and Cranberry Orange Muffin.

Other new menu items include Cookie Butter Cold Brew, Cookie Butter Donut & Pancake Wake-Up Wrap. Dunkin’ is also bringing back Free Coffee Mondays for Dunkin’ Rewards members. Beginning November 7, members will get a free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase on Mondays through November 28.
