Online sportsbook and casino BetRivers has released a new commercial to promote its award-winning customer service.

The 30-second ad features a musical group performing an original song that praises BetRivers. “BetRivers is the online casino with award-winning customer service. Yeah! With lots of table games and slots for you to play, you’re good to go,” the musician sings.

“At BetRivers we’re all about award-winning customer service,” a spokeswoman says at the end of the video, adding “award-winning commercials… not so much”. She also urges viewers to “Experience the BetRivers difference you can trust”, mentioning that it’s a whole new game.

BetRivers is operated by Rush Street Interactive, which was named 2020 Casino Operator of the Year by eGaming Review.
