Zillow promotes its financing solutions in a new commercial, titled “Susans”.

The ad features a woman named Susan who takes a look at a house on sale on Zillow and enters a meeting room to ask for her various versions for an opinion whether she should make an offer or not. Spontaneous Susan urges her to buy it, but the Worst-Case-Scenario Susan says she ran the numbers and it doesn’t end well. Realizing that this is getting her nowhere, she decides to ask Zillow for help with financing.

“Find the right financing solutions at Zillow” an onscreen line reads at the end of the commercial, which also sees the tagline “Change starts here” flashing across the screen.
