Wendy’s has unveiled Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich.

“The next big thing from Wendy’s is here” an onscreen line reads in the opening of the 30-second commercial, which showcases the new menu item, described as “our most advanced flavor yet optimally designed for you and your 10,000 taste buds.” The sandwich is made with a breaded and fried spicy chicken fillet, Jalapeño cream cheese, melted cheddar, three slices of Applewood oven-baked bacon, pepper jack cheese, all held between a fluffy bun.

The Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich, priced at $5.99, is joined by the Jalapeño Popper Chicken Salad, priced at $6.79, which features a bed of mixed lettuce topped with spicy chicken, Applewood smoked bacon, slices of jalapenos, shredded pepper jack, diced tomatoes, jalapeño ranch dressing and crispy Jalapeño cheddar croutons.

Both menu items are now available at Wendy’s locations nationwide.
