Intuit has released a new ad for its TurboTax Live service, which which allows users to connect and get support in real time from a CPA.

The spot features a TurboTax Live expert named Chris who says he is ready to assess even the most unique tax situations. Shown on the screen of a laptop placed on a desk that moves across various places, even at the ocean, Chris helps a diverse cast of people by giving them useful information and the answers to their questions. Thus, one woman who wants to know if she can deduct her clarinet as a medical expense learns that she can do that since she’s playing to fix an overbite, one man working as a circus clown finds out that his custom size 26 shoes are a valid expense, given his professional activity, and two fishermen find out that they must file in both states if they catch crab in Virginia and Maryland.

The commercial ends with Chris urging viewers to file with the help of an expert or let an expert file for them.
