Samsung showcases its range of Lifestyle TV product portfolio in a new commercial, highlighting that, “No matter your passion, there’s a Samsung Lifestyle TV for you”.
The spot features the members of a family using their Samsung TVs – the Frame, the Serif, the Sero, the Terrace and the Premiere – for various purposes. A young woman furnishes up the Serif with chess pieces to take a photo of it, her teenage sister uses the Sero to dance while watching a TikTok dance video, the mother and the grandmother use the little boy’s drawing to show it off on the Frame, and the men watch a football game outside, on the Terrace. “Celebrate your way and bring everyone together” onscreen lines read at the end of the commercial, which sees the entire family in the living room, watching dinosaurs on the Premiere.
Serving as soundtrack is a catchy dance tune, performed by a female singer.
Last year, the South Korean tech giant announced a new eco-friendly packaging (made from eco-friendly corrugated cardboard) across its Lifestyle TVs as part of its effort to reduce the environmental footprint. This packaging allows customers to recycle as well as upcycle the cardboard boxes for creative reuse. Thus, they can cut the boxes and assemble them into various other uses, such as small end tables or houses for pets. In 2020, Samsung won CES 2020 Innovation Awards for its eco-packaging concept for promoting the efficient use of resources.
