Rocket Mortgage has released a new commercial to highlight that Rocket Mortgage puts you in control of your home loan options and lets you customize your down payment, monthly payment and closing costs in real time.

The 30-second spot features a couple of homeowners saying that their house seemed like a dream come true until one of their neighbors, Mrs. Cashman, started feeding the neighborhood cats. This made them decide to move and Rocket Mortgage helped them. With this app they can adjust their home loan options in real time, customize their monthly payment, down payment and closing costs.

The commercial ends with the voiceover saying “When you need control over your home loan, Rocket Can”.

In another recent ad, featuring Kirk Herbstreit, the mortgage lending company highlighted that “When you need a competitive edge in a crowded market, Rocket Can”. The ESPN analyst shows up to save the day for a couple looking for a house. He calls a team of college football mascots into a huddle to let the couple know that a verified approval from Rocket Mortgage verifies your income, credit and assets all up front, putting potential buyers ahead of a regular pre-approval.

Over the years, Rocket Mortgage has teamed up with several celebrities to promote its Rocket Mortgage app, which helps customers, with on-demand assistance from licensed mortgage advisers available with just a tap, to go through the loan process at their own pace. Among them are actor/comedian Keegan-Michael Key, actor Ryan Kitley, pro golfer Rickie Fowler, NFL legend Barry Sanders, and comedian Tracy Morgan.
