Orchard has released a new ad to promote its website.

“When you use Orchard to buy your new home before you sell your old one you can avoid the stop over at mom’s house,” the voiceover says in the opening of the 15-second commercial, which features a mother entering her daughter’s room, where a man is painting her toe nails, and reminding her the house rules. The young woman reminds her mom that she and Steve have been married for like 12 years, which makes Steve realize that they need to move.

The commercial ends with the voiceover urging viewers to get started at Orchard.com.

Another Orchard spot features a woman in search of her dream home who, instead of using Orchard to view listings, acts like a detective to track listings. She pinned to the wall house listings in the area, information about neighbors, and red strings. Orchard says it ensures a stress-free process to help people find their dream home.

Another ad highlights that Orchard lists your old home after you’re all moved into your new one by featuring a family celebrating a birthday, who are forced to rush outside in the middle of the party, when a home show has to take place.
