MANSCAPED has released a new ad starring Jamie Costa to remind men to take one minute each month to check themselves for any grooming needs and examine their boys for testicular cancer.
The spot features Costa hanging out with a woman by the pool and having fun until his assistant shows up and reminds him that it’s that time of the month again, when he should check his testicles. The actor points out that they have company and that the situation is embarrassing, but the assistant answers that it’s nothing embarrassing about making sure that your balls are happy and healthy every month. Costa eventually agrees and stands up to have the check done. This check consists of the assistant taking a close look to Costa’s balls, in the presence of the lady, who isn’t very happy, though, about the two men’s preoccupation. On her way out, she is advised to watch out for the parrots.
This is not the first commercial starring Jamie Costa. The men’s grooming and hygiene brand teamed up with the actor earlier this year to promote its Lawn Mower 4.0, the brand’s fourth-generation groin and body trimmer, which features a powerful 7,000 RPM motor with QuietStroke and SkinSafe technology, a rechargeable 600mA li-ion battery, and adjustable trimming guard sizes 1 to 4.
MANSCAPED has also enlisted NFL superstar Rob Gronkowski and his girlfriend, Sports Illustrated model Camille Kostek, to star in a campaign for the Lawn Mower 3.0, Alex Caruso of Chicago Bulls, the “Veteran Voice of the Octagon”, Bruce Anthony Buffer and the UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway.
