Telecommunications company Genesys celebrates “Super Human Service” in a new campaign created by ad agency Onlych1ld.

Titled “Happy Customers,” the commercial features a diverse cast of customers happy to receive quality services. A family runs toward a car they get delivered, a woman celebrates her upgrade on a plane, and a man is ready to hug his garage mechanic.

“Customer service is all about helping people. To bring people and things together that are meant to be together. Genesys gives customers care-ups like me an almost super human ability to do just that,” the voiceover says in the 30-second spot, which ends with all the protagonists celebrating together under a rain of rose petals and with the tagline “We’re behind every customer smile” flashing across the screen.

The soundtrack music is “We May Never Pass This Way Again” by Hal David and John Cacavas. The song, included on the “Singers & Swingers” album, is available for purchase on Amazon for $0.89.
