Farrow & Ball has launched a new ad campaign, created by BMB, to promote the brand’s Colour Consultancy service.
One of the three spots included in the campaign features a young couple having an argument in front of a Farrow & Ball Colour Consultant over paint colour. While the husband wants to opt for gray or green, the wife believes this is not a good choice and says another colour, confusing the consultant, who doesn’t know who to listen to. Eventually, it turns out they let him choose the right colour scheme for their home so they are both happy with the final result.
“Let a Farrow & Ball Colour Consultant take care of the tricky bit.” an onscreen line reads at the end of the advert, which also features the iconic “Hallelujah Chorus” from George Frideric Handel’s Messiah.
This is the second major campaign that creative agency BMB have made for the brand since winning the account in a competitive pitch in late 2019.
Shot by Bafta-winning director David Kerr, of Hungry Man productions, the ads are set to run in various time lengths on Channel 4 and Sky VOD, display and paid social, as well as full page print insertions in decor titles.
