E*TRADE highlights, in its latest commercial, that this might be the year you finally get in shape, at least financially, and encourages you to start using E*TRADE.

The commercial, titled “Workout,” features a boy who, after watching a video of a box champion who says “This is how you become the best” showing her muscle, gets motivated to work out. He starts by doing some moves in his room, then heads in the kitchen, where he’s ready to drink some egg yolks, and then in the garage and outside, where he works out even more by lifting some paint cans and a tire.

Back in his room, he watches himself in the mirror to check if his muscles are bigger.

“This might be the year you finally get in shape. Financially, at least,” an onscreen line reads at the end of the 30-second spot, which also sees the tagline “Take charge of your finances today” flashing across the screen.

The song used in the commercial is Joe “Bean” Esposito’s “You’re The Best“, from the Karate Kid movie.
