Doritos promotes its Doritos Nacho Cheese in a new commercial, highlighting that trends come and go but Nacho Cheese is forever.
The spot depicts a suite of trends that have come and gone over the decades (such as hairstyles, fashion, phones, accessories, stores selling music, games, movies, clothes) and shows that Doritos Nacho Cheese has always been there and still is, in the present day, while many of the trends have disappeared.
“Trends come and go. Nacho Cheese is forever,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial, which features the song “Break (Clean)” by Crown City Rockers. The track, included on the album “Album The Day After Forever”, released in 2009, is available for purchase on Amazon for $0.99.
