Dettol promotes its Dettol Laundry Sanitiser in a new advert, created by McCann London.

The spot, titled “New Families,” features a father who collects his daughter’s teddy bear from all kinds of places, including a slide, a shopping cart, and even the toilet, highlighting that kids clothes and toys can come in contact with bacteria. The voiceover urges viewers to add Dettol Laundry sanitiser to kill 99.9% of bacteria even at 20 degrees to help protect your family.

“Don’t just wash it. Dettol it,” the voiceover adds at the end of the advert, which informs that Dettol Laundry Sanitiser kills 99.9% of bacteria and Covid-19 virus.

Dettol’s range of products also includes body washes, bar soaps, liquid handwash, hand sanitisers, wipes, multi action cleaners, trigger sprays, disinfecting sprays, and antiseptic germicide liquid.
