Luxury specialty coffee maker manufacturer De’Longhi has enlisted Brad Pitt to star in its new “Perfetto” brand campaign.
The spot, directed by award-winning La La Land director Damien Chazelle and set to music by the talented composer Justin Hurwitz, features the actor riding his motorcycle to a local café to grab a bag of his favorite coffee beans for his Dinamica Plus coffee maker.
The end of the video sees Pitt having his “Perfetto moment” and the tagline “Perfetto, from bean to cup” flashing across the screen.
De’Longhi’s Dinamica Plus coffee maker retails for $1,399.95.
“As De’Longhi searched for the perfect ambassador to partner with, Brad Pitt was the obvious choice as there was a natural alignment between the brand and him on values, passion for coffee and having a strong global influence reaching the same fans everywhere,” Sonal Modi, senior integrated marketing manager, coffee category at De’Longhi Group, said in a press statement.
Brad Pitt has thus joined the likes of his Hollywood fellow actors George Clooney and Hugh Jackman, who are also brand ambassadors for high-end coffee makers.
