Credit Karma promotes its app in a new commercial.

The spot opens with a woman sunbathing in a convertible who is asked by her teenage daughter how she is being so chill about “this”. “Chill about what?” she asks the girl, who refers to their car, broken down in the middle of nowhere. The mother explains that she has already found a personal loan through Credit Karma and she can see her estimated terms of approval odds upfront before she applies for a loan. At this point, her husband, who’s bare chested near the engine, tells her she has to try the steam bath, because it is “divine”.

The commercial ends with the voiceover urging viewers to “Find an emergency loan without the stress through Credit Karma” and with the tagline “Progress starts here” flashing across the screen.
