A simple gesture – like preparing a plate of Barilla Pasta- can show how much you truly care. This is the idea behind the latest commercial released by Barilla.

Titled “A Sign of Love,” the 30-second spot features a man who awaits for his wife all dressed up to go out for dinner, but she is too busy and stressed out with a phone call to notice. Realizing that it won’t be possible for them to eat at the restaurant, he decides to go in the kitchen and prepare dinner – Barilla spaghetti with tomato sauce and shrimp. The man comes back in the living room, where he helps his partner to forget about her worries and enjoy a plate of pasta.

“Things don’t always go as planned. But what matters most is being together.” onscreen lines read at the end of the commercial, which is set to the tune of the song “Beautiful that way” (From the motion picture “Life IS Beautiful”) by Noa (Achinoam Nini).
