TurboTax has released a series of new commercials to promote its services. One of them focuses on the people’s possibility to connect with a TurboTax specialist on-demand in real-time and get expert guidance on tuition, RRSP income, contributions and family benefits, and more.

“Technology does great things for people. Like make us feel better. It gives us a helping hand when all we have are feet. Technology can make our beds, without us. Go on technology, set the mood,” the voiceover says in the opening of the 30-second spot, which makes reference to cryotherapy, hands-free liftgate, and ambient lighting set with a slap of hands. “We even have CPAs at our fingertips who will review our taxes with us before we file,” the voiceover also says while on screen a man is shown by the pool ending a conversation with a TurboTax CPA who tells him she has checked his return and he’s good to go.

The commercial ends with the voiceover adding “People can be good at anything. Yes, even taxes,” while the tagline “All People Are Tax People” is flashing across the screen.

According to TurboTax, 100% of TurboTax Live experts are CPAs, EAs or Tax Attorneys who can even review your return line by line, sign it, and guarantee it’s done right.
