
ŠKODA showcases the all-new, fully electric ŠKODA ENYAQ iV in a new ad, from agency Optimist.

It’s all about techno gadgets, mumbo-jumbo, sci-fi non-sense, hocus-pocus, nerd stuff, the future. C’mon, where is the fun? the joy? Imagine a car that’s electric, but still a car. A car not for the future, but for us,” a diverse cast of people say throughout the 45-second spot, which carries the tagline “Recharge Life” and introduces the all-new, fully electric ŠKODA ENYAQ iV, now available for pre-order.
The soundtrack music is a song titled “Hey Future” and composed by ballad.
Described as “a versatile partner for the daily commute as well as for the long distance,” the ŠKODA ENYAQ iV has a maximum range of 510km in the WLTP cycle and its has a superfast-charging capacity of up to 125kW. The 82-kWh battery can be charged from 5 to 80% in just 38 minutes at correspondingly powerful DC charging points.
Marc-Andreas Brinkmann, Head of Marketing at ŠKODA AUTO, said in a statement that the automaker’s new “Recharge Life” campaign, which will serve as a platform for communications related to the ŠKODA ENYAQ iV and at the same time will play a supporting role in ŠKODA AUTO’s general marketing communications, “focuses on people and addresses emotion al topics such as family, love, adventure, joy, trust and community. This approach is the unifying feature of all marketing activities within the framework of ŠKODA AUTO’s first integrated campaign for the e-mobility sub-brand ŠKODA iV.”
