Shipt Pinata Commercial

Online grocery delivery service Ship has launched a series of new commercials to show how Shipt offers “over-delivering delivery”.

One of the spots features a mother who’s entering the living room with a birthday cake to find the kids treating all the decor items as pinata. The woman even has the cake smashed in front of her eyes and, when the Shipt shopper arrives with the pinata, she immediately rushes out to grab it and take it to the kids.

Other spots feature a Shipt shopper who gets out of a lake with a huge fish that he had caught with with his bare hands, a Shipt shopper who saves the day for a family “stranded” on the side of a road after they ran out of diapers, and more.

The commercials end with the brand’s logo and website flashing across the screen.

Customers willing to use Shipt must create an order from selected stores (such as Target, Publix, Meijer, Kroger,
H-E-B, and more) in the Shipt app or on its website then connect with their shopper, who will send up-to-the-minute updates with every order. Next, they have to schedule a delivery, and their order will arrive in as soon as 1 hour.
Shipt same-day delivery membership includes access to same day delivery, personalized service from a shopper who selects each item and keeps you updated along the way, exclusive savings in the app for members and weekly store sales, flexibility to change delivery addresses or send a grocery delivery to friends and family, 24/7, US-based customer service, and more.

To become a Shipt Shopper, Shipt requires all applicants to submit a video interview and to consent to background and driving history checks.
