Detroit-based Quicken Loans, the nation’s largest home mortgage lender, has released a new ad ahead of Halloween, to highlight that Rocket Mortgage offers a simple online process with 24/7 support so you can get real mortgage solutions in real-time.
The spot features a ghost who was searching for a new home to haunt, far away from her roommates, but wasn’t able to go to a bank to get approved for a mortgage, so she used Rocket Mortgage instead. The Ghost shares her experience, talking about how bad her life has become after her roommates started to work from home and how the app helped her fulfill her dream. “It shows me my personalized loan, options, closing costs, and taxes in real time,” the protagonist says, pointing out that this allows her to know exactly what she can afford and thus she was able to put in an offer and get the home of her dreams.
Rocket Mortgage is the online and mobile-friendly mortgage application process developed by Quicken Loan which helps customers, with on-demand assistance from licensed mortgage advisers available with just a tap, to go through the loan process at their own pace.
In previous spots, Quicken Loans has highlighted that home is much more than a house and that Rocket Mortgage has been helping millions of Americans to finance the home of their dreams, so you can spend your time making your house home.
Over the years, the mortgage lending company has also teamed up with actor/comedian Keegan-Michael Key, actor Ryan Kitley, and pro golfer Rickie Fowler to promote its Rocket Mortgage app, which helps customers, with on-demand assistance from licensed mortgage advisers available with just a tap, to go through the loan process at their own pace.
