Haribo UK has dropped a new advert to promote its Starmix.
The 20-second spot, part of the brand’s “Kids’ Voices” campaign, features two police officers who are monitoring a quiet stretch of road. When one of them opens up a bag of Starmix and they start eating some of the iconic pieces, they let their imagination run wild and invent a tale of cops and robbers.
Haribo is known for using voices of children in its ads. A previous Haribo Supermix advert, created by the London agency Quiet Storm, featured the members of a heavy metal band going backstage and opening a pack of Haribo Supermix. The leather-clad rockers, full of tattoos and looking aggressive, start then talking about how the soft textures and creamy flavors in Supermix make them feel.
Haribo Starmix, one of the brand’s long-serving and much loved mixed sweet bags, contains an assortment of Goldbears, Twin Snakes, Happy Cola, Happy Cherries, and Gummi Rings.
The Haribo range also includes Haribo Supermix, Tangfastics, Goldbears, Maoam Stripes, Jelly Babies, and more.
