GEICO has dropped a new installment in its “Bundling Made Easy” campaign, which highlights that GEICO makes bundling your home and car insurance easy and helps you save money, as well.
The spot features a couple of new homeowners (played by Lilli Birdsell and Johnny Sneed) talking about the advantages of their home. Thus, they mention that the neighborhood is great and that the school district is amazing.
However, in the meantime, the HOA, named Cynthia (played by Annie Sertich), whom we learned has been very involved, does a series of things that would drive anyone crazy. She tells them their shrubs are not board approved, checks their trash cans and instructs them to break down their cardboard (before throwing it in the trash), brings to the ground their hanging flower pots saying they are a “violation” and cuts their mailbox, justifying that it was two inches over regulation.
The couple do see a silver lining in all this – namely that GEICO makes bundling their home and car insurance easy, which helps them save.
Other spots in the “Bundling Made Easy” series feature a couple having the heavy metal band Ratt as neighbors, which is not quite easy for them, as the musicians perform in the apartment very often, and another couple having a clogging problem in their new home: their neighbors are clog dancers and can’t help doing their dance (which implies wearing inflexible, wooden-soled clogs and doing many different types of sound using their feet alone) not even when they’re eating or doing various household chores.
GEICO has also been promoting its motorcycle and boat insurance, as well as its Giveback program, which implies giving auto, motorcycle, and RV policyholders a 15% credit on their next 6-month or 12-month policy term.
