Cadillac has released a series of new ads to promote its Cadillac Live, described as “a one-on-one personalized shopping experience, from anywhere”.
One of the spots features a young man running on a treadmill at the gym who suddenly stops the Cadillac sale rep if the SUV he’s interested in has massage seats. The employee’s response, “Absolutely!”, is backed by the statement of another man, who’s actually testing the massage seats.
As the commercial ends, it turns out the guy at the gym was actually using his smartphone to take a video tour of the 2020 Cadillac Escalade.
The voiceover presents Cadillac Live as “a one-on-one personalized shopping experience, from anywhere” and viewers are directed to the “Live” section on the brand’s website, where they are able to preview the live digital showroom, take a one-on-one video tour of any Cadillac vehicle, and have their questions answered by a Live agent. Among the featured showroom vehicles are the 2020 CT4, CT5 and CT6, the 2020 XT4, XT5 and XT6, the 2020 Escalade and the 2021 Escalade.
