AT&T has released a new ad featuring its saleswoman Lily Adams, highlighting that you can save more with AT&T wireless plans and get things your way with features like HBO Max included.
The 30-second commercial sees Lily (played by 33-year-old Uzbekistan-born American actress and comedian Milana Vayntrub) talking to a customer and telling her that, with AT&T, she can pick the perfect plan for each family members with the features they want, like HBO Max. At this point, a specific sound is heard, which makes the customer ask what was that. Lily explains that it happens every time she says “HBO Max”. The customer also says the words to see if the sound is made. It soon turns out it is made even when “HBO Max” is written on a piece of paper.
“It’s not complicated. Now you can save more with AT&T wireless plans and get things your way with features like HBO Max included,” the voiceover says at the end of the spot.
Unlimited Your Way eligible AT&T Unlimited Plans are Starter, Extra and Elite. An online account is required for HBO Max access. It is also informed that additional charges, usage, speed and other restrictions apply.
Lily, who appeared in AT&T ads from 2013 through 2016, was brought back to the screen by AT&T earlier this year, during the lockdown, to promote the company’s deal on the iPhone 11, which was half off for a while. In the 30-second ad, she introduced Geraldo, her best friend (who is actually guitar with goggly eyes), upsetting Nancy, her coffee cup.
Milana Vayntrub has also had small roles in film and television, including Life Happens, This Is Us, Other Space, and more.
