Allstate Commercial - Objects Forgotten on Car Roofs

Allstate runs a new commercial to highlight that smooth driving pays off and that, with Allstate’s Safe Driving Discount, the safer you drive, the more you save.

The spot features a diverse range of objects transported across the city on the car roof because they had been forgotten there. A jello mold, a paint can, a cup of tea, a plastic bag full of groceries, a dinosaur toy, a plant in a pot, a bag, some fuzzy slippers, and a pet goldfish are only some of the items that get the attention of other people (drivers, passengers or random locals who watch through the window) during their car “ride”. One little girl (played by Violet McGraw) is surprised to see the small fish tank forgotten on the roof of a car in motion.

“Smooth driving pays off. With Allstate, the safer you drive, the more you save,” the voiceover declares at the end of the 60-second commercial, which is scored by the famous French song Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien by Édith Piaf.
