Realtor Alpaca Whisperer Commercial advertises its price tracking feature, which can help you find, save and track your favorite listings so you can find a home that’s really right for you and your budget, in a new commercial.

The 30-second spot, dubbed “House Finders,” opens with two eccentric men who introduce themselves as Todd, an alpaca whisperer, and Tucker, an early adopter, and say they are looking for a beachfront mountaintop chalet in Malibu, but they only have 7 million dollars.

“At, we bet you’re not outlandish homebuyers on an unlimited budget. You’re real home buyers, looking for a real home, within your very real budget,” says the voiceover at the end of the commercial, which sees Todd and Tucker turning into a real-life couple who are using’s Price Tracking. One of the two men, after reading a notification about a price drop, shows the phone to his cactus, named Carl, asking him what he thinks, which makes his life partner asking if Carl is going to split their mortgage with them.

The commercial concludes with the voiceover adding the tagline “Price tracking to find homes, for the real of us”.
