Chick-fil-A wants to help people give the gift of time this holiday season. The restaurant company has launched a new campaign, called “Together Time,” that aims to inspire viewers to spend more time together with those they care about.
The two-minute animated film, titled “The Time Shop,” tells the story of a busy family who rediscover the importance of quality time spent together. The young girl, who feels sad because her parents and her brother ignore her when she asks them to go outside and make a snowman, visits a fantasy Time Shop, where she meets an old man and learns about “lost time,” “time that flies” and “together time”.
Eventually, her family decides to put everything aside and go with her to make a snowman.
The ad premiered on NBC Thanksgiving morning and is set to air in select programming throughout December.
The campaign also includes an online Time Shop, a place where anyone can create and gift a custom Time Card to loved ones thanks to Chick-fil-A, which will print and ship the cards to recipients in the U.S., free of charge, and a limited-time free pop-up Time Shop experience in New York City.
